RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE USERS OF THE SERVICES FINANCIAL FDL

  • Be informed clearly, complete, timely and appropriate on the scope and consequences of financial to be hired services and changes to previously agreed conditions; in the framework of a financial culture and responsible consumption.
  • Select the (the) products or financial services in the field of free competition, either credit, payment or any other financial service.
  • Be notified by financial FDL verifiably, negative decision issued by the institution concerning the hiring of product or financial service requested of previous user.
  • To be served timely and diligently in the case of claims, complaints or queries filed.
  • To be notified of form verifiable about the State of the procedure and the resolution end of your complaint, complaint, claim or consultation; and to receive a treatment appropriate any questions, contract or claim relating to financial services.
  • To respect the privacy of your data which have not been provided in a way it is expressed.
  1. Customers and users of the FDL financial obligations
  • Read previous contract to sign with the institution.
  • Prior request any clarification you need in terms of the financial product to hire.
  • Update any changes to your information provided to the institution.
  • Sign each document authorization, further information or other derivatives product financial service that hired, that will be a copy at the time of your subscription.
  • In the event of a claim or dispute of charges you must exhaust in the first instance which corresponds to financial FDL.
  • To comply with the obligation acquired in strict adherence to the provisions agreed upon in the contract signed, including pay amount owed at the time, mode conditions laid down in the respective contract agreement.
